Welcome to Rick’s Dungeon (“the Website,” “Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing, registering, or using our website, you (“you,” “user,” “member,” or “creator”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms or policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Rick’s Dungeon.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration & Verification

  1. To create a profile, you must provide accurate and complete information.

  2. Verification requires uploading:

    • A clear photo ID (passport or government-issued ID).

    • A distinct facial photo matching your ID.

  3. Business accounts must additionally provide:

    • Business name, email, phone number, and website.

    • Proof of identity (photo with passport/ID and facial photo).

  4. By submitting verification information, you authorize Rick’s Dungeon to use third-party services to confirm your identity.

3. User Content

  1. You may upload photos, videos, livestreams, and posts (“Content”) provided that:

    • You own or have the legal right to distribute it.

    • It does not violate laws, including laws governing consent, intellectual property, or obscenity.

    • It does not depict minors, non-consensual acts, or prohibited materials.

  2. You retain ownership of your Content but grant Rick’s Dungeon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, distribute, and display it for operation of the Platform.

  3. You agree that your Content may be removed if it violates our policies or applicable law.

4. Monetization and Payments

  1. Members can earn money from:

    • Followers unlocking private posts, pictures, or videos.

    • Tips or other user contributions.

    • Sales from personal storefronts (for legal items only).

  2. Payments are processed via PayPal.

  3. Rick’s Dungeon retains 40% of each transaction; creators receive 60%.

  4. Withdrawals can be requested through PayPal; payout times and fees may vary.

  5. Users can add funds to their in-site wallet using PayPal.

  6. Rick’s Dungeon is not responsible for PayPal processing errors, delays, or account issues.

  7. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from your earnings.

5. Storefronts and Sales

  1. Creators may sell legal items through personal storefronts.

  2. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to): weapons, drugs, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, or any illegal merchandise.

  3. Rick’s Dungeon is not a party to sales transactions and disclaims any liability for buyer-seller disputes.

  4. Sellers are solely responsible for shipping, refunds, and compliance with consumer protection laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post or distribute any illegal, non-consensual, or underage material.

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or threats.

  • Circumvent payment systems or solicit payments outside the platform.

  • Use the site for fraud, spam, or data scraping.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, branding, and code owned by Rick’s Dungeon are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  2. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site materials without authorization.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

Your personal data and verification information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We store and process user data securely and may share it with third parties only for legal, payment, or verification purposes.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Users may also delete their accounts at any time via account settings.
